These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ShopAppX and our Shopify apps and services ("Services"). The Services are operated by Flipper Code Private Limited ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and Shopify policies. You must not misuse the Services or attempt to interfere with their operation.
Some features may require a Shopify account or app installation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Our apps may access data from your Shopify store as authorized by you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to provide such data and for any use of the Services within your store.
If a paid plan applies, pricing and billing terms will be displayed in the Shopify App Store or within the app. Taxes may apply. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.
All content, trademarks, and software associated with the Services are owned by the Company or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Services without prior written consent.
The Services may integrate with third-party platforms such as Shopify. We are not responsible for third-party services and their terms apply to your use of those services.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling the apps.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
